The account details you want are a voice-response away! Check your balance, transfer funds, obtain loan information and much more with Apple’s FREE Personal Automated Teller (PAT). This is a great option when you don’t need to speak to a representative, or if it’s outside normal business hours. 

You’ll need to setup a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to ensure secure access 24 hours a day…7 days a week!

How do I get started

Enroll by calling 703-788-4800 (800-666-7996 toll-free), option 1, and follow the voice prompts. You may also enroll by visiting a branch.

I forgot my PIN

You can easily reset your PIN in three ways:

  • Login into Online Banking or our Mobile App, then click PAT PIN from More Settings 
  • Call 703-788-4800 (800-666-7996 toll-free)
  • Visit any Apple branch

I want to change my PIN

Call into the PAT system, say Account Maintenance and follow the voice prompts.
